Payment and Refunds

You must pay the specified $59.99 fee to submit your TimeCapsule. All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise provided in these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any TimeCapsule submission at any time for any reason.
 

Data Changes

If you need to change the sender/assignee/recipient information or delivery date, we offer a service for $15 per input change. We'll contact you one week before delivery to confirm the data and ensure everything is accurate. Any changes made less than one week before delivery will be free of charge. We may however request aditional payments for special delivery methods.
 

Intellectual Property

The TimeCapsule website and services, including all content, design, and functionality, are owned by TimeCapsule.center and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the TimeCapsule.center website or services without our prior written consent.
 

Limitation of Liability
