Yes. We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your TimeCapsule delivery. If you need to cancel, simply log in to your account and request the cancellation before the scheduled delivery date. Please note that there is a cancellation fee of $15. Also understand that we cannot issue any refunds for the fees that have already been paid. We currently support a maximum of 5 files of 10 MB for each letter upload. If your media exceed this limit, you can edit and/or compress the files.

Yes, We impose a strict limit of 5000 characters, but we recommend keeping it to a reasonable length so that your child can easily read and understand the message when they receive it. As a general guideline, we suggest keeping the letter to one page of standard size paper.
